If you look carefully, just to the right and below the tip of the nipple mountain ahead, you can just make out the buildings of the Ithala Game Lodge, on the Swaziland border. It's been a dry African Landscape flight... Autumn colours, winding dirt roads sending plumes of dust up into your new found playground..African huts dotting the landscape.. |

…...and game alongside the Ithala Runway... Zebra, Wildebees... the end of the second days flying. Leisure time now, and Monika chooses a game drive.... …..Kudu around a bend. Just for a moment, and its gone... …...and Giraffe alongside the road. Tick birds clearly vizible cleaning the Giraffe of ticks... There are many of these animals at Ithala, and you are almost certain to have a close of sighting of them... |
